When I create a new resource and I choose to open it in a new popup window this option is not store in db.
When I try to update the resource mod.html show open in the same window option marked. If I change it to new window option, save changes, all things works fine and a new popup window is opened.
I will check this is the same problem reported for SCORM module in MDL-7325 bug.
