Description

Everything is appearing upside down and backwards. However, it is actually somewhat comfortable hanging upside down as I read the pages and it does make me better appreciate the normal predicament that my friends "down under" must feel throughout the rest of the year. But I am getting a bit of a head rush and am hoping that this problem can be addressed before 2.0 goes to beta.

From a creative standpoint, I have often thought that if this type of line display could actually be useful if it could be made to alternate by line. It may make general reading be quicker and easier.

Thanks Gary, much appreciated.

We hadn't noticed here because it's obviously all looking the right way up for us.

We are onto it, though it might take the rest of the day to fix.

Meantime there is a temporary solution. Get two mirrors and place them into a good position next to the screen. Read the posts in the mirrors and try to ignore other people in the room starring at you.

Hi,

I dont wish to cause offence, Im sure Ill come across as a miserable git but it is utterly stupid to damage the website in this way. Im sure it seemed like a fun thing to do but it effectively takes the forums down for the period it is in place. Is this how seriously the the community takes Moodle? I know its open source and people give their time freely but is Moodle not a credible project anymore?

The website is still messed up as I type this, it wasnt a good idea, it looks childish.

We as a company have in the past recommended Moodle to customers, we are having to reconsider this with the seemingly uncertain Moodle 2.0 release date, doing things like this does not help.

Even if that doesnt convince you that this is a poorly thought out prank in the UK its generally bad form for an April Fools joke to continue past midday...

It's all fixed now. Turns out we had some sort of virus on the server:

Apologies for any inconvenience caused, but occasionally even a global community just needs a bit of a laugh.
