Automatic links to online cvs don't work as in the old tracker

Description

The old tracker used to autolink strings such as this:

cvs:/course/view.php

to Sourceforge's online CVS. This was really helpful if you were browsing stuff without the development environment handy. Can we do something to reinstate the behavior?

From what I can tell it's not possible for us to customise the text parsing without serious work (this ain't Moodle, you know!).

For now you can just use http://cvs.moodle.org/course/view.php
