I mentioned a tracker issue in a discussion forum posting. (http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=59990) The link to it that was automatically created reads:

http://moodle.org/browse/MDL-7767

It should read:

http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-7767

You must have cut and pasted some wierd thing .... there was a bunch of wierd code in the source. I just replaced with the plain text mention and it's linking OK.
