[#MDLSITE-94] Error: Invalid context creation request for level "70", instance "33". - Moodle Tracker

I can't seem to post to using moodle moodle.org but get instead the error in the title of this bug.
Perhaps everyone is facing the same problem?

This issue is duplicated by:
MDLSITE-95	can't answer on forum posting
