Personal Tutor Instructions

Tutors with large tutor groups or part time staff can use tutorials either side of Review Day.

1. Areas discussed - gives a selection of areas you may wish to discuss, these are not mandatory, chose what is most appropriate for your tutee. Then summarise your discussion in full sentences, writing in the second person throughout. "You are ......"Remember parents will read this.
2. Action Plan - This section should be student led and prioritise the areas of concern
3. REFERRAL section - please tick as you feel appropriate after discussion with student.
