You should have completed each of the following Tasks:

Assessment Task 4:	Raising Awareness

You can dowload your Assessment Portfolio from the OLS  by selection this Unit, clicking the Assessment Information TAB and download

If you have completed the Assessment Portfolio electronically, you can use the Submit Oline area at the same place.

If you have completed the paper version, remember to add the Result Slip, fasten securely and send your completed Assessment Portfolio to OTEN.
