Within networked hubs of Moodle sites, learners may be studying courses at 2 or more providers. In the UK this is common between schools and colleges, where learners at schools may spend part of their week studying at a partner college.
Learners will have a personal tutor at their main site of study but may have targets and reviews at both providers. The ILP should "follow" the learner across institutions so that the personal tutor is aware of their progress at partnered sites.
A web or mnet service should be used to access "remote" targets/review.
