no course ordering enrolment plugin

      Description

      version is 1.9.5+ build 20090527
      install went smoothly but no enrolment plugin added to Courses > Enrolments. Also no option within a course for enrolment other than default and internal.

      I have added the external database as per instructions.

      cord.zip is dated 27-04-2009
