      Description

Provide the option to send email notifications immediately rather than waiting for the edit time (eg 30 mins) then waiting for the cron to process. This would be similar to the "Mail now" checkbox in the forum which puts the post in the list to be emailed immediately by the next cron process.

Also provide the option to include the dialogue message content in the email notification (perhaps keeping the option of NOT sending the content as well for privacy issues & shared email addresses??? up for discussion!!)

I would very much like to see the feature of choosing to disabling the dialog message (i.e. have the email say something like, "A new post has been made to the foo forum at www.bar.com. Click here to view it")

I would also like the feature of not disclosing the content of a forum post because we use Moodle for our intranet.

Owing to the sensitive nature of some posts, we disabled email from the site - we did not want them forwarded to, say, our competitors by mistake. But it would be really useful to know there is a new post and who it was from but not the content of it until you logged in.
