Add a drop-down selection that lists all other assignment submissions for this student on this course (ordered by time - most recent at the top of the list). Only marked assignments should be shown

When a submission is selected, then split the window into two frames, the left frame (70% width) should be the usual assignment annotating window, the right frame (30% width) should list all the annotations in the previous assignment in a table (page number, annotation text). The annotation text should be a hyperlink that will open that page of the assignment in another window, with annotations displayed (and the clicked annotation in a thicker border?), but with no editing capabilities.
