Be able to right-click on a comment & save it to common comment list (storing: width, colour, text).
When you later right-click on the image, be able to select the comment from the list and insert it.

Need to also be able to edit the list to remove items (changes can be made by inserting an item, then right-clicking and choosing 'Save to quicklist...' (or possibly 'Update quicklist item', if I can manage to detect that it was already a quicklist item.
