Improve right-click context menu - add 'delete comment' and 'change comment colour'

      Should be able to right-click on a comment and choose a new colour, or delete it.

      Expect the following menu to appear, when right-clicking on a comment:

      Add to comment quicklist
      ---------------------------------
      Red
      Yellow
      Green
      Blue
      White
      Clear
      ----------------------------
      Delete Comment
