Gold, Silver, Bronze Admin Report & Gold, Silver, Bronze Block

An admin report to automicatically bench mark Moodle courses as Gold, Silver, Bronze or In Development based on the content of the courses and activities being used. The report is processed by moodle category and allows admins to moderate the medals.

I've also include a block to appear on courses to show teachers what medal their course has and instructions of how to improve it and who to contact to help them out.
