      Description

To make an anonymous questionnaire more "anonymous":
      a) once a questionnaire has been created as "anonymous", and responses have been entered, prevent questionnaire owner from reverting to "full name" type.
      b) if a questionnaire has been created as "anonymous", do not export submission dates to CSV, as those dates might reveal identity of respondent when compared with course log activity

Hi ! On my install of moodle 1.9.11, I can still revert my anonymous questionnaires to "full name' type.
Since Questionnaire is non-contributed module, I think the amelioration is not in moodle 1.9.11 core code, but in a version of the questionnaire module, isn't-it ? In which version of the Questionnaire module was the amelioration coded ?
        Thank you.

I mean a non-core contributed module, of course.
I think I found an answer in the Questionnaire Module page of the Moodle tracker at http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/CONTRIB/component/10231
But where can we get the right Questionnaire module version and how to update ?

I suppose the amelioration is included in the zip we can get by the following the link "Download for Moodle 1.9" available on the "Activity Module: Questionnaire" entry (http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=13&rid=84) in the Modules and plugins database.

        Frédéric,
That improvement has definitely been made to the Questionnaire plugin for both 1.9 and 2.0 versions of Moodle.
You should update your Questionnaire plugin to the latest version available from the Moodle modules and plugins page here :
        http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?rid=84
Be sure to download the version of Questionnaire that corresponds to your version of Moodle (1.9.x or 2.0.x)!

Is this fix available yet for Moodle 2.2? I downloaded the latest version here:

        http://moodle.org/plugins/view.php?plugin=mod_questionnaire

and mod_form.php does not contain the new code for this fix indicated here:

        https://github.com/remotelearner/moodle-mod_questionnaire/commit/cc2439d187e4f8610fcc67c196c627ac9edc4282

        Thanks.

This is very confusing. Why isn't the latest version available on the official plugin download page? Most people are going to just download it from there and not ever go to github.

        @Ryan,
I do agree about the confusion, but... the situation is that the official plugin page is supposed to hold the most recent "stable" version of a plugin. Bug fixes and improvements are made and immediately available on the GITHUB repository. When a number of fixes and improvements have been made, then the "official, stable" version can be updated, but not too often, as this would be confusing too.
