      Description

      The native plugin supports tags, and it would be nice to use them to gather some contextual data when the user submits a ticket. It also makes sense for the plugin to provide the URL used to submit a new ticket. This patch adds an abstract method to the plugin architecture, so that the helpdesk plugin can provide itself with contextual information in whatever form it can use.
