Help Desk Ticket Questions - Email not being generated.

      The user logs into Moodle, reports a problem using the block by asking a question.

      The user fills in the form and then clicks submit.

      The message is saved within the block but no e-mail is generated with the question to my selected e-mail address for administrators.
