When installing the gbv2 patch downloaded from http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=13&rid=929 on January 3, 2008, the mdl_grade_events table is not created.

We were able to manually create this table and resolve the errors, but you might want to take a look at the part that creates the tables and see if you can see a problem.
