Not sure if this is really a bug...

When as a Tutor you access the 'Readers of discussion' page for a particular
forum type/discussion, there is only one group displayed but it appears in what
looks like a drop down box and there is still the 'Set' button.

This happens when I access a No Groups discussion as dgm8 (a member of only one
group - [id=3456789]).

If I access the same discussion as dgm10 the drop down and 'Set' button make
sense because there are 2 groups for this Tutor, both of which should be
selectable.
