function mkreslisttext does not exist

    Description

      When a teacher clicks on "View all responses" and the questionnaire contains questions of type "Text Box", the error "function mkreslisttext does not exist" appears and any questions that follow are not shown. I have attached a patch file that seems to fix the bug.
