Impossible to add images or other media to questionnaire instances

      Impossible to add images or other media to questionnaire instances. Or rather, a teacher can add images to e.g. a questionnaire's Additional Info field or to question text, but those images are not visible to a student taking the questionnaire.
      I expect this is due to the new (and to me totally incomprehensible) files API in moodle 2.0.
