Help function (under help button) in MRBS block cannot find the helpfiles

      Help function (under help button) in MRBS block cannot find the helpfiles

      by adding a / to blocks/mrbs so it becomes /blocks/mbrs in /blocks/mrbs/web/help.php the lines 44 45 and 47 solves the problem
