Topcoll does not work as expected in Moodle 2.0. I have folders at the top of each lesson that directly link to a topic. Works great in 1.9.x using topcoll. Works in 2.0 using Topic format,; but does not work in 2.0 with topcoll (which I need)

Changed to 'Improvement' from 'Bug' as description of functionality is an addition to the designed functionality and therefore cannot be a 'fault' with how the software was designed to work but instead an issue with how it is used outside of its design parameters. And no database involved.
