I am using Banner/Luminis Message Broker Module version 2.1.0 (2012040101) and I have the option checked to use moodle default course settings, but it doesn't appear to apply those defaults. I have it set to set up 16 sections in topics format with 500mb upload size and the courses are created with 6 sections in topics format with 0mb file upload size. It also doesn't appear to be applying the default block settings I have configured in the config.php file.
