Drag and Drop Question does not retain answer when course is backed up and restored.

Steps to Reproduce:
Create Quiz
Add Drag and Drop questions (not matching)
Log in as student, take quiz and submit
Log in as admin to view grade and quiz attempts
Grade is displayed but drag and drop question response is reset to original state, not displaying the student's answer.

Expected behaviour: Question answers as well as grades are restored to new course.
