When processing the LMB integration it fails when trying to create the Course.
Steps to reproduce.

1. Upload the attached coursesection.xml to site/xml/
2. Login into the site
3. Go to /enrol/lmb/tools/extractprocess.php
4. Select Import XML Folder Now link

Result: /srv/clientdata/na13/mwsudev/xml/coursesection.xml
Comparisons of text column conditions are not allowed. Please use sql_compare_text() in your query.
