Moodle 2.2 questionnaire - question numbers not displaying when students take the questionnaire

      Question numbers appear when you create, preview and print but not when acutally taking the questionnaire. This is a problem is a student misses a question and receives the prompt "Error, please answer question #24". The student would have to count quesitons to find #24 or search around to find which one this missed.
