Can't add activities or resources to OU Module: subpage

      After creating a subpage go into the subpage. The 'Add an activity resource' is displayed but is not a link so cannot add materials.

      If you click 'Activity chooser off' under settings on main course page then go into subpage you are then able to add resources and activities using old style drop down menus. It would be more usable if it worked for both settings of 'activity chooser'.
