If student saved a "resume" questionnaire OR left a questionnaire unfinished and there are more pages than one, upon re-entering questionnaire, we should display the page of the last answered question.
There is a mechanism for this, but it does not work and this bug has gone unnoticed for many years.
I am providing a very easy fix, for the moodle 2.4 version only.
