We are experiencing a few issues with some users not being added or dropped from some classes. We have validated that the correct data is coming out of Banner but it isn't being updated in Moodle.

One concern I have is that the LMB status shows: "Last message time: This Moodle install has never received a message on its LMB interface"

Though most users are being updated properly.
