Step to reproduce :
1. edit a task
2. change the title source value an other value than "Get from source file" and check both checkboxes below the menu
3. save
4. re enter the edit form

What is expected :
the title source value should be the one set previously and the two checkboxes should be checked.

What actually happens :
the title source value is "Get from source file" and the checkboxes are not checked
