Install Dialogue version 2013112901 or 2013112902.
Go to a question bank and the checkboxes that should be by each question are gone.
Edit a quiz and select a question bank. The checkboxes to select questions to add to the quiz are missing.
Uninstall Dialogue and the checkboxes are back.
I see the same results in Moodle 2.6+ and in my 2.7 dev site.
