Imported grades not correct

When we import an excel sheet from attendance module for specific time , grades outside the specific time are also counted.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to export page of attendance.
2. Uncheck the all sessions.
3. Enter starting and ending duration.
4. See that grades outside that time duration are also included.
