Switching Moodle user interface language using a link doesn't take you to the equivalent page in the other language. This is due to $PAGE->set_url being set to a URL that is not actually the URL of the current page.

If the correct URL was used, the URL would simply append a lang=xx parameter to the current URL and it would work (tested it manually).
