Timezone issues with MRBS

We are now in British Summer Time, which has caused havoc with our calendar (making all of the events one hour out). To fix this, I have changed the server time and user time to be defaulted to UTC rather than UTC+1.

However, when I make a booking using MRBS, if I click on a 9am booking, it comes up as 10am when making the booking.

Is there a way for MRBS to honour the timezone the server is in, rather than doing something else?
