Flash Card Activity gives error when access via Activity Block

The Flash Card Activity gives an error when user clicks on the link from the Activity Block. It works properly when the user clicks on the link from the Topics/Content.

Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: print_table() can no longer be used. Use html_writer::table() instead.
