After an upgrade from 1.9x to 2.6.1, our client noticed that in the logs, certificates that were awarded were no longer listing certificate issues as 'receive', as it used to. We noticed that certificate issues were now logged as 'view' together with ordinary views. To replicate:

• On a 2.6.1 site, create set up where a test user is issued a certificate.
• Navigate to reports, select the relevant test course, participant, activity.
• In the generated report, check what is shown under the 'action' column for the certificate issue.
• Confirm if the action is listed as 'certificate view'.
