New "Report" field and view

      • Add a new "Report" text area field to slot.
      • That field would work like the "Comment" field, but would be invisible to students.
        It would enable the teacher to report to other teachers or managers about the meeting after it was attended.
      • The attended slot table in the "teacherview" page would be added an extra "report" column. Each row in this column would have a "show report" button. When clicked, the content of the field would be displayed. A "show all reports" button in the table header would be convenient too.
      • Alternatively, a new "Reports" tab on teacherview would display an slots table with the "Report field" in it.
