Under site administration>appearance>themes>theme selector select the Clean theme for tablet use
Create a quiz with drag and drop matching type (ensure answers include large amounts of text)
Attempt quiz on tablet
Note you are unable to scroll down see all the answers and drag answer to correct location simultaneously
