Default content support for the Select field (dataformfield_select)

Default content support for the Select field (dataformfield_select).
The default value will be displayed as a dropdown.
This will require saving (and continue) the field definition with newly entered options, so that the options could be displayed in the Default value dropdown.
The Default value will store the option key. This means that if the order of field options is changed, the label of the default value will change accordingly.
