Issue with restoring a questionnaire properly

Issue with restoring a questionnaire from a backup file (using backup/restore process) to a new course with the "other" field when using checkbox type of answer.
When restored, all "!other=..." is replaced with "!other::...". The problem: the "=" signs are replaced with "::", making the question unusable unless I manually change it back to "=" sign.
