I just installed the WebEx plugin for moodle. Moodle level is 2.7.3+, PHP level is 5.5.40.0.0.14.04.1.

I created a new course to test the WebEx plugin and I get the following error -
Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: There are no valid meeting types for this user. Admin must fix.

I turned on debugging to get this output -
