Certificate plugin when clicked takes you back to front page

      When a student clicks the certificate link, the url shows the correct location where it needs or should go but returns the student to the front page of the course.

      It has only started in the last 48 hours.

      The site has basic addons.. Any additional addons that are not being used I have removed and also the theme, just in case.

      This site is used as a site induction for an airport and its urgent to get this function operational again.
