Mhaairs grade items created via the plugin update_score web service, are not restored while restoring a course from backup. Consequently the pairing with the MHC assignments breaks and has be created again. While pairing the assignments is done automatically the next time grades are pushed by connect, the new grade items will not necessary observe the original gradebook structure, especially where the instructor applied a custom arrangement of categories and items.
