Scheduler sends email notifications like:

"An appointment has been applied for on 16 December 2015 at 3:20 PM,
by the student ... for the course:"
...
etc,

All is nice, but the Scheduler instance that triggered the notification is only listed by name, i.e. without a hyperlink.

Hyperlinks are only provided for the website and for the course, but not for the scheduler, which is rather inconvenient.

Could this action of the notifications be improved, so the teacher also receives a clickable link to the Scheduler?

I have noticed that this applies to Teacher's notifications of cancellation ending with "has been cancelled or moved." as well as notifications about new appointments, so the issue could affect all notifications.
