Enabling inline view in an activity messes up the instance url in the navigation.

The inline view option allows displaying on the course page an activity view instead of the activity link. This should not affect the instance navigation node in the navigation block and breadcrumbs. Currently, however, with inline view enabled, the instance navigation node in the block is completely missing, and in the breadcrumbs it points to the active view of the activity rather than the instance entry point.
