The activity management tabs are currently displayed at all times for users with the proper permissions, typicaly teachers. However, there is no need to display these tabs when browsing. They will not be used frequently after the activity setup is completed. It may therefore improve the activity page appearance if the Browse/Manage tabs are not displayed when browsing and not in edit mode. The tabs can still be activated and consequently displays by selecting a Manage option from the activity administration. This does not require the edit mode, and the tabs will remain visible until the user resume browsing the activity.
