Load the MMM usertemplate.
Go to Survey -> Responses -> New response
Go to the second page of the survey by pressing "Next page >>" button.
Look at the URL: it should look like
http://localhost/head/mod/surveypro/view_form.php?id=67&view=1&submissionid=1568&formpage=2
Browse the survey by changing the formpage number in the URL. (i.e. type: http://localhost/head/mod/surveypro/view_form.php?id=67&view=1&submissionid=1568&formpage=3)

Defaults of elements in the page x (reached by direct user input) are different from defaults of elements in the same page reached by pressing the "<< Previous page" button in page (x+1).
