One additional question before we write up any contracts has to do with the clicking action on the assignment. A teacher asked me if it were possible that upon clicking on the block of a particular student that it takes you to his/her submission for grading, rather than the landing page for the assignment. If not, could it at least take you to the &action=grading page for that assignment?

I've implemented the potential for alternate links to be added for different activity types. When a user, like a teacher, who has an appropriate capability, sees the progress of a student, the alternate link is used. The links are populated with necessary variables and the user will be directed to a more appropriate page, like the grading page for an assignment.

I've added alternate links for:

• assign
• feedback (although this breaks with anonymous feedback)
• lesson
• quiz (although this can only go to the report, not an individual attempt)
• scorm
