Progress Bar unable to assign a Manager role to block/progress:showbar

Updated Progress Bar to latest version last night. Running 2.9.1+ Build 20150723
All other roles will allow block/progress:showbar to allow, except when I went to allocate to a Manager it kept dropping the tick box out.
It works ok for all other roles, except for Manager..
